Hmm....

No texas afterall. My boss gave a counter-offer. Wheeeeeeeee! But in exchange... he said

1. i should be at the office before 9:30am (i get there at 10am everyday),
2. no moonlighting for me anymore (as if he can stop me),
3. i need to work faster (translated= no more web surfing and chatting)
4. i will follow his instructions to the T. (i always forget what he tells me) like, reply to emails with proper headings, and complete instructions, etc. etc, etc.
5. hmmm... i should be more productive

i think it was also good that i stay here for a couple of months or so.. i don't think it's a good idea to apply for another h1-visa. if i do move to texas and work there, it's going to be the 3rd application in the past 6-9 months. my visa for ewing & beland was approved 4 months ago, my visa here got approved 3 months ago. i don't think it's practical nor wise to make this move right now.

anyway... i am glad i do not have to spend $1500+ just for uhaul alone. Geeeesh!
